The name by which this association shall be known is the MORTON TOWNSHIP TRI-LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., a not-for-profit Michigan corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Association”)

Section 2. FISCAL YEAR:

Fiscal Year of the Association shall begin on September 1st and end on August 31st of the following year.
